About The Position

This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Season 21. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager, with Experience in Marriott, to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant resort environment, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively
Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a hotel setting
Experience with human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management
Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
