Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value
  • Drive membership sales, retention, and overall club performance
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Thrive in a competitive environment while maintaining strong team culture
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals within your first 30 days
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including cleanliness, organization, and member experience
  • Build community relationships and increase local engagement
