About The Position

We are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to take the reins of our operations in the Little Rock market. From the early morning biscuit rush to the late-night burger crave, we need a "CEO-minded" leader who can handle high volume, maintain "audit-ready" standards, and build a team culture that thrives on excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
• You lead from the front. You aren't afraid to jump on the line or the window during a heavy rush to support your team.
• Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit labor and food cost targets.
• A passion for coaching and a commitment to holding your team to the highest professional standards.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total success of the restaurant.
• Own the P&L, the guest experience, and the professional growth of your team.
• Lead the high-stakes breakfast daypart with precision, ensuring our signature made-from-scratch products meet the highest quality and speed-of-service standards.
• Take full accountability for the store's financial health. You'll manage labor targets, food waste (COGS), and inventory to maximize the bottom line.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse crew. Your success is measured by the growth and retention of your Shift Leads and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain a "Gold Standard" facility. You'll ensure the kitchen is spotless, the equipment is maintained, and the store is always audit-ready.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the Little Rock community, driving local guest loyalty through exceptional service and hospitality.
