Requirements

• 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead from the front—you're on the floor when the rush hits.
• Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit labor and COGS targets.
• A passion for coaching and a commitment to holding your team to the highest professional standards.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total success of the restaurant.
• Own the P&L, the guest experience, and the professional growth of your team.
• Master the high-stakes breakfast daypart, ensuring speed, quality, and hospitality are delivered at the highest level.
• Take full accountability for food costs, labor optimization, and inventory.
• Analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a local crew.
• Build a deep bench of Shift Leads and Assistant Managers ready for their next promotion.
• Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Set the bar for cleanliness and organization.
• Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure our neighbors in Abbeville always have a great reason to come back.
