Requirements

College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent.
Proven record as a successful leader in a General Manager role showing positive financial returns and employee engagement survey results.
Full-service GM with 3-5 years of progressive experience (preferably in a Marriott) and F&B experience required.
Hands-on leadership and mentoring commitment for the team.
Extensive Food and Beverage experience required.

Nice To Haves

Hotel renovation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Positive Culture Builder within our People-First organization.
Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standards.
Attains projected revenue and profit levels.
Achieves guest satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets.
Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance.
Administers company policy and procedures.
Active partner in the Community.
Assures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while promoting our People First Culture.
