About The Position

We are a trusted non-medical home care provider dedicated to helping seniors and adults maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life at home. Our services include companionship, personal care, respite care, and specialized support tailored to each client’s needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the agency. This role oversees operational excellence, caregiver and client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and business development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and coach with proven experience in home care, senior care, or service-driven industries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, hospitality, or service-related fields
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and customer service operations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • A passion for serving seniors and families

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with home care software platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery
  • Manage client on-boarding, care plans, service scheduling, and ongoing quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop office staff and field caregivers
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service
  • Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and performance management processes
  • Build and maintain strong community relationships with referral sources
  • Drive business development and implement growth strategies
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage budgeting, billing, payroll, and KPI tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
