Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (GM or strong AGM ready to step up)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop people
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence
  • Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taproom, and guest experience
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across front and back of house
  • Drive a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs
  • Own financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls
  • Partner with leadership on events, promotions, and local community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Solve problems in real time and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence
