Requirements

  • 1+ Years as General Manager or higher
  • Previous experience with Sales Goals
  • Motivation
  • Build Relationships

  • Market Knowledge
  • Staffing
  • Previous multi-department leadership experience in a fitness or service setting.
  • Strong business acumen and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and build strong team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily club operations, staff performance, and member satisfaction.
  • Meet financial goals and operational targets.
  • Coach and develop department leaders and front-line staff.
