About The Position

We're hiring a General Manager to lead our Burlington club-featuring eight premium courts, a pro shop, recovery space, and a built-in community of players. This is a true operator role. Requirements

  • You're a leader who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • You're just as comfortable closing a sale as you are coaching a team member or solving operational challenges in real time.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance sales, operations, and team development without missing a beat.
  • Strong communication, accountability, and the ability to execute consistently at a high level are essential.

  • You'll stand out if you have experience in sales leadership, hospitality, fitness, or sports management-especially in roles where you've been responsible for revenue, team performance, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive membership sales, revenue growth, and overall club performance
  • Lead from the front and set the tone for energy, service, and execution
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and payroll alignment
  • Execute leagues, clinics, tournaments, and events to maximize engagement and retention
  • Build local partnerships, corporate bookings, and community outreach initiatives
  • Manage inventory, retail performance, and pro shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, best-in-class facility environment
  • Track KPIs, control expenses, and drive profitability
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and positive energy
