Responsibilities

• Hiring and training new recruits
• Ensuring all staff are following local and federal health regulations
• Maintain ServSafe Certifications of all managers
• Holding your team accountable for company policies
• Delegate and follow up on tasks within the restaurant
• Attend Business Reviews with a focus on building sales to increase profitability
• Perform Annual Reviews on staff members
• New products roll out execution
• Administrative duties to include ordering, scheduling, managing customer relations and other restaurant duties as needed.
