If you love making people happy then your new career has arrived! Essential Functions:Administration/Organization Create and foster a team-oriented environment. Implement, communicate and ensure adherence of policies. Staffing, leadership and supervision – recruiting, hiring, training and retaining the very best team members that help deliver a consistent member experience. Sales/Revenue Management Meet or exceeds targeted financial objectives and sales goals. Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads and membership growth. Ensure consistent prospecting and generation of new members. Ongoing training and development on team members on club programs, services, facilities and equipment. Establish a community presence by initiating and participating in community outreach activities. Personal Training/Revenue Management Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and manage personal training department. Achieve desired personal training revenue and session production goals. Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new personal training client acquisitions. Facilitate integration of personal training products into point of sale presentations. Oversee Personal Training Manager’s departmental objectives. Operations Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Information Technology to create a customer focused, engaging environment. Resolve personnel related matters while following club procedures. Reconcile member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner while following club procedures. Ensure the club meets high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security. Track completion of opening/closing checklists, stage management, repair & maintenance log, locker log and cleaning checklist. Assist in the processing/submission and approval of payroll. Financial Assist in providing feedback regarding the club’s budgets and income statements. Maintain expense controls on all club purchases to be at or below budget. Demonstrate ability to articulate variances in revenue/sales/expenses versus budget. Leadership/Motivation Serve as a role model for employees. Communicate effectively by holding weekly and individual meetings with key club personnel. Provide an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feed back from employees and takes action to ensure a positive working environment. Oversee, support, coach and develop department heads. Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage team. Perform annual performance evaluations and uphold performance management standards.
