Requirements

2+ years of management experience, ideally in a food service, retail, or hospitality environment.
Proven track record in leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Excellent communication skills-able to connect with your team, customers, and senior leadership.
Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets, sales, and controlling costs.
Leadership Excellence: Inspire your team to achieve their best with motivation, support, and a clear vision.
Operational Focus: Experience with project sales, cost control, and food and beverage operations.
Problem-Solving Pro: Proactively identify issues and deliver solutions that keep the store running smoothly.
