WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers, and vendors Identify revenue drivers and optimize guest and artist experience Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, F&B, and Sponsorship teams to drive revenue growth and engagement Manage concert expenses to maximize profits while protecting the guest and artist experience Manage relationships with the city and local stakeholders Oversee food and beverage and merchandise performance strategies Hire, train, and schedule employees; manage subcontractors and third-party vendors Promote and establish rental events in the venue Coordinate with Live Nation promoters on standards and compliance Coordinate event set-up, execute settlements, and complete timely Flash Reports Forecast operational, production expenses, and revenue streams in ROME Maintain excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety SOPs and ensure audit compliance Monitor employee performance and maintain attendance records Day-to-day management of all venue vendors (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, Cleaning, Security, Trash/Recycling) Meet staffing levels and budget targets for each event Advance shows with tour security directors and fulfill requirements On-site for each event from load-in through load-out Other duties as assigned by executive management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a general manager or operations manager in a hospitality-related business
  • Must have extensive background in event sales and promotion
  • Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have expertise in profitability analysis and budgeting
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills in long-term and immediate situations

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers, and vendors
