About The Position

You will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and every team member feels supported.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail.
  • Mindset: A competitive spirit and a "customer-first" mentality.
  • Availability: Willingness to work 50 hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Basic business math and accounting skills to manage the restaurant budget.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 15–40 employees.
  • Drive the Business: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
  • Standard of Excellence: Maintain "Best on the Block" standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Culture Champion: Live the Taco Bell HUNGRY principles (Hungry, Understanding, Never Follow, Grateful, Relentless, and Youthful).
  • Problem Solve: Handle the fast-paced environment of a $1.5M+ restaurant with ease and a positive attitude.
