As the General Manager at one of our small format retail stores, you’ll be responsible for store operations including revenue, profitability, customer experience and employee engagement. You’ll align your team on how to provide customers with complete solutions while working in a store with a smaller sales floor and lower customer traffic. You’ll also contribute to Best Buy’s efforts in the local market to gain customer share. What you’ll do Drive ento-to-end execution of employee experience, customer experience and financial outcomes Inspire your team to provide excellent service and complete solutions to customers Provide leadership, coaching and development to ensure execution of strategy, performance, diversity, inclusion and belonging Recruit, hire and retain employees Build a store culture in which employees feel connected to company and store goals Respond to customer and employee feedback to create positive shopping experiences and career growth
