About The Position

SDS Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is seeking Restaurant General Managers who are passionate about leadership, energy, and fun. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your restaurant, building a strong team, and fostering a positive environment for both your team and guests. You will set the tone, drive the pace, and maintain a positive atmosphere, focusing on team growth, smooth operations during busy periods, and celebrating achievements. The company believes that happy guests stem from happy teams and is looking for a leader who makes empathetic decisions, acts confidently, and continuously seeks improvements for the pizza, people, and business.

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
A sharp business mind and the ability to coach others to hit goals and raise the bar
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
A team-first mindset—you’re all about lifting others up and winning together
Passion for creating the best guest experiences and developing a high-performing team
The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—and help others do the same
