About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time General Manager position in the automotive sector. This role is responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store. The General Manager will build and train a team to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere, drive profitability by maximizing sales, and set and achieve sales goals for a team of 8-12 employees, as well as personal sales goals. Key responsibilities also include managing accounting, service, and collection activities, maintaining inventory, and delegating tasks to ensure the store's success and adherence to all operational and customer service expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store
