We combine elite fitness training with cutting-edge wellness and recovery therapies, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, salt therapy, compression therapy, IV therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, grow memberships, and create an exceptional client experience.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations across our fitness studio and wellness center, ensuring exceptional service, strong membership growth, and smooth team management.

This leader will drive sales, retention, and operational excellence while maintaining the welcoming and energetic environment our community expects.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio and wellness center
• Lead, train, and manage staff members
• Ensure a high level of customer service and member satisfaction
• Maintain facility standards and operational efficiency
• Drive membership sales and package conversions
• Follow up on leads and convert tours into memberships
• Manage promotions, challenges, and events
• Track key metrics such as membership growth and retention
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members
• Create staff schedules and maintain accountability
• Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture
• Ensure every member and guest receives an exceptional experience
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues quickly
• Build relationships within the local community
