About The Position
Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The role involves efficiently running the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer Service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

- Fast food/quick service restaurant experience
Responsibilities
- Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
