About The Position

Team Honey Badger is seeking a General Manager to lead a team, manage a fast-paced store, and foster an environment that attracts both employees and customers. As part of Domino's, the world's leading pizza company, Team Honey Badger is one of the largest and fastest-growing Domino's franchise groups, operating 149 stores across 10 states since 1985. While pizza-making skills will be taught, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, operational management skills, and the capacity to build a robust team. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of their store and the professional development of their team. Key duties include overseeing daily operations, coaching employees, and ensuring that every customer experiences the high quality and service synonymous with Domino's. This is a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic environment, where teamwork and effective communication are crucial.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Facial tattoos are not permitted
• Some facial piercings may not be permitted based on company policy
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts
