This position is a full-time professional management position and is an integral member of our management staff. The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the safe operations of the facility and directly oversees the Lifeguard department and Manager on Duty team, within that facility. The position requires the ability to lead by example and to set the standard for all employees to follow. The General Manager should be able to work independently or in a team environment, work well under pressure, problem solve, communicate professionally and effectively, manage projects, and lead, motivate, and inspire others. This position reports to the Head of Safety Operations.
