About The Position

Requirements

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Hospitality Leader
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Knowledge of POS systems (PosiTouch, OpenTable, Restaurant 365)
• Leadership, accountability, and team development mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations
• Manage P&L, revenue, and cost controls
• Develop and mentor managers and team members
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
