Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in management within the fitness or sports industry.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Proficiency in financial management and operational strategies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
Maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients and the community to enhance brand loyalty.
Organize events and workshops to promote engagement and community involvement.
Utilize data analytics to track progress and improve service offerings.
