What You'll Do: As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the hotel—driving performance, cultivating culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full-service hotel environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and elevate performance
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience in lifestyle or independent hotel environments is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement
- Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team across all departments
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market positioning through strategic planning and execution
- Ensure operational excellence across product quality, service delivery, and brand standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders
- Act as the face of the hotel—both internally and in the local market
Benefits
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $170,000/annually
