Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full-service hotel environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and elevate performance
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in lifestyle or independent hotel environments is highly valued
