About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time General Manager position in the automotive sector. This role is a management opportunity responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of a store. The General Manager is crucial for maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere, recruiting and training employees, and driving profitability by maximizing sales. This includes setting goals for a team of 8-12 employees and achieving personal sales targets monthly. Additionally, the role involves managing accounting, service, and collection activities, as well as maintaining inventory. The General Manager is expected to be a strong leader who can delegate tasks effectively to ensure the store's success and meet all operational and customer service expectations. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels, established in 2000, with over 200 locations in 29 states and continuous growth. The company prides itself on a culture of "serving our customers and not just providing them service" and supports its employees with training and tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a management role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Present yourself professionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues
