About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time General Manager/Automotive position. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels, established in 2000, with over 200 locations in 29 states and continuing to grow. The General Manager is responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of their store, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Requirements

3+ years in a management role
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to pass a background check
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Provide overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store
Recruit and train employees
Drive profitability and maximize sales
Create sales goals for a team of 8-12 employees
Set an example by hitting personal sales goals each month
Manage accounting, service, and collection activities
Maintain inventory
Delegate tasks to ensure store success
Ensure all expectations for operations and customer service are met
