About The Position
As a General Manager of Oak & Stone, you will be responsible for leading teams that spread joy - through heartfelt hospitality and great food and drinks, building community relationships, manage costs and maintain accountability for achieving success. To be successful in this role, you must be able to: Lead the entire team in our mission and values Deliver heartfelt hospitality to our guests Comply with company policies, procedures, practices Communicate effectively to Team Members Conduct interviews and follow hiring protocols Conduct onboarding for all new Team Members Prepare and manage P&L reports Ensure sanitation procedures are in place Adhere to alcohol awareness policies and procedures Build relationships within the community to build sales
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall restaurant management experience
