This role is responsible for driving product strategy, business growth, and operational excellence for ExpertFlyer, a consumer-facing website and digital subscription property (ExpertFlyer.com) serving frequent flyers and travel enthusiasts. This role owns the performance of the digital property end-to-end (growth, conversion, retention, partnerships, and operating cadence). Shape the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for ExpertFlyer, balancing innovation with the needs of our power user community and the performance needs of the website (traffic, conversion, retention). Make critical decisions affecting all aspects of the business including product development, growth strategy, partnerships, customer experience, and P&L management for ExpertFlyer.com as a digital property. Partner with airline carriers and GDS providers to enhance data access, negotiate agreements, and create seamless user experiences (airline/GDS experience is helpful; ramping into this domain is expected). Own full P&L responsibility including revenue growth, retention metrics, and operational efficiency. Lead a cross-functional team including product managers, engineers, growth marketers, customer support specialists, and data analysts. Drive strategic partnerships with airlines, travel loyalty programs, credit card issuers, and travel content creators to expand ExpertFlyer's value proposition. Monitor and optimize key business metrics including subscriber growth, retention rate, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction. Provide data-driven direction to improve user flows, platform functionality, and conversion optimization across web and mobile experiences with a D2C subscription lens (acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle, churn reduction). Thrive in a fast-paced, analytically driven environment while providing strategic guidance across technical and creative teams
