About The Position

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the General Manager is responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests and ensuring the restaurant operates at its peak. This role involves overseeing the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Additionally, the General Manager will manage local restaurant marketing, analyze Profit and Loss statements, and oversee all community connection and fundraising activities. Buffalo Wild Wings is part of Inspire, a multi-brand restaurant company that includes Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC, operating across nearly 60 global markets. Inspire aims to strengthen its diverse and complementary brands, focusing on inspiring guest experience, career development, and community well-being.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws
  • General knowledge of health codes
  • General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
  • General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • General knowledge of computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Ability to champion change
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
