JETSET Pilates General Managers are fully committed and dedicated to the growth and development of their team and are passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others. This is not a passive leadership role—it requires someone who is hands-on, present, and deeply invested in the success of the studio and its people. The General Manager is a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio while role modeling all of the qualities and attributes expected of the JETSET team. This person must be a team player with exceptional common sense and a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics. They take charge when needed but also know how to lead collaboratively, blending seamlessly with a well-established team and adhering to proven protocols. A can-do attitude and the ability to get along with diverse staff members are non-negotiable. The GM fosters a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to studio success. Key Expectations: The General Manager is expected to be in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week, providing leadership, support, and oversight. This is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance, growth, and people management. The GM is accountable for ensuring that all areas of the business are fulfilled and is driven by achieving goals and continuing growth. This role requires someone who is data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented—constantly analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies that move the needle.
