The General Manager is the single point of accountability for the dealership’s profitability, culture, customer experience, and compliance. This role owns the full P&L across Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and BDC, ensuring performance aligns with Asbury/Herb Chambers operating standards, OEM requirements, and financial targets. The GM is responsible for building a high-performance management team, driving volume and gross, and creating a best-in-class customer and employee experience consistent with the Herb Chambers brand.
