About The Position
As the key brand ambassador of the cafe, the Tropical Smoothie Café General Manager should not only embrace the belief, but live the lifestyle that when you eat better, you feel better. As the General Manager, you will successfully and effectively manage all café operations including: sales performance, customer service, and ensure that your team delivers amazing with every interaction. The General Manager will serve as the example for their team to ensure that everyone: acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that further promotes the culture, values, and mission of Tropical Smoothie Café. Previous restaurant and/or management experience is a plus!
