Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (bonus points if it’s in pizza!)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid understanding of food costs, labor management, and operational efficiency
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver top-notch customer service
• Oversee daily operations, including food prep, inventory, and scheduling
• Ordering food and supplies for weekly deliveries
• Drive sales and profitability while keeping quality and efficiency high
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team culture
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s tossing dough, managing the floor, or handling guest concerns
