The GM collaborates with cross-functional partners in Human Resources, Asset Protection, and Operations at various organizational levels to implement PGA TOUR Superstore's business strategy. A key aspect of the role is to cultivate a store culture aligned with the company's mission and behaviors, fostering employee engagement and inspiration. Additionally, the GM is tasked with strategic talent management, driving sales and service initiatives, championing customer service, and serving as a brand ambassador within the community.
