This General Manager position is for Rohrman Toyota, a legacy store that was Mr. Rohrman’s first new car franchise and the second Toyota store in Indiana. The ideal candidate is expected to maintain and exceed high performance standards, including 210 units/month, 100% absorption, and +10% annual CP RO growth. This is a highly demanding, hands-on role, not a typical Monday-Friday desk job, requiring active involvement in all aspects of the dealership. Responsibilities include desk deals, working the showroom, writing service, interacting with customers, community engagement, and daily culture building. The General Manager will have significant autonomy to run the store, setting the course and being accountable for outcomes, with leadership providing mentorship.
