Requirements

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
The ability to coach sales team to meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Drive sales growth through executing marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive store environment for both customers and employees.
Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
