We are strengthening operational and automation leadership to drive sustained growth, improve scalability, and enhance performance across the organization. The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, and operational performance of the organization. The General Manager will direct operations, engineering, and automation initiatives while driving revenue growth and organizational efficiency. The General Manager will also lead cross-functional teams, champion innovation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while shaping strategic directions for sustainable growth. The successful incumbent will build strong teams, drive revenue and EBITDA growth, ensure high-quality production and service delivery, and lead process improvements that support long-term competitive advantage. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who can balance strategy with execution and will serve as both an operator and a business builder.

  • Operational & Engineering Leadership: Oversee all operational functions—including production management, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain and logistics—ensuring efficiency, innovation, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Advance business development initiatives and ensure healthy sales pipeline performance. Drive top-line growth by setting and achieving sales targets; collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition plans; identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand into emerging sectors; build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate high-value contracts; monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and continuous movement toward closing.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure national accounts, build relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation technologies to streamline operations and reduce manual processes; evaluate and integrate tools that enhance efficiency in production, reporting, and customer service; champion digital transformation initiatives to improve scalability and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, KPIs, and profitability; implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Grow revenue and EBITDA through strategic account development, territory expansion, and industry penetration.
  • Customer Experience: Strengthen customer relationships and ensure a high-quality service experience. Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Team Development: Mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Build a high-performance culture that values accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure succession planning, training, and talent development across all departments.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Safeguard company assets, policies, and financial integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10+ years of increasing leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or operations in industrial environments or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in operational management in a manufacturing/industrial environment, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance and leading organizational change.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets/ Proven experience running P&L and using metrics for decision making with full operational accountability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
