About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently running the store, ensuring excellent customer care, and supporting team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
• Customer Service experience
• Valid driver's license
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
