About The Position
Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join their team as an Assistant Manager Store. The role involves providing managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards. Key responsibilities include counting inventory and supplies, ensuring facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards, efficient employee supervision, and participating in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment, and rotating commissary deliveries, along with other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Full-Time work availability
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
