Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale foodservice operations

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Direct venue-wide operations, including culinary, premium, concessions, and events
• Drive financial results through forecasting, budget management, and revenue generation
• Cultivate a high-performing leadership team and nurture talent pipelines
• Ensure compliance with Levy, client, and regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with venue partners and stakeholders
• Oversee guest service programs and ensure exceptional experiences
• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
