About The Position

ESL is currently seeking Tellers to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members. As a Teller at ESL you will: Create a positive member experience Assist members with processing financial transactions Refer ESL products and services to members Learn about the banking and finance industry Gain exposure to various career opportunities at ESL ESL has 33 branch locations throughout the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions. This position is flexing and floating to a majority of our branches until placement is made at one branch. You will be eligible to receive a $140.00 car allowance at the conclusion of the month.

Requirements

• High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
• A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
• Positive attitude
• Good computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop
• Passion to work with and help people
• Confidence to recommend products and services
• Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 6-12 months of Teller experience preferred
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
• Advanced education preferred
• Demonstrate alignment with ESL’s Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosper
