Our studio provides a 24-hour workout experience with unmatched convenience and results. As the General Manager , you’ll oversee the overall success of the studio, lead a team of motivated staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fitness studio, gym, or retail management experience preferred
- Proven success in sales and customer service roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS, CRM, or member management software
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Must be available for a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead daily studio operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional performance
- Drive membership sales and renewals , meeting and exceeding monthly goals
- Manage and motivate team members through coaching, training, and accountability
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries or concerns promptly
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote the studio and attract new members
- Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and administrative reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment that reflects the HOTWORX brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with members, staff, and the surrounding community
