Position Summary The General Manager oversees all aspects of resort operations, including planning, organizing, and leading the team while maintaining the integrity of the resort and ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented. This role is a hands-on, working leadership position responsible for overseeing three communities—Waters Edge, Majestic Hills, and Majestic Pines—leading a team that includes a Maintenance Supervisor, part-time and full-time maintenance staff, a housekeeper, and an Assistant Manager. The General Manager coordinates across teams, supports day-to-day operations, and ensures a high standard of service for guests and residents while fostering collaboration with local agencies and stakeholders.
