About The Position

We are currently hiring General Managers who hold our same high standards of quality, food safety and providing a great customer service experience. Would manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in the operations of the restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Provide leadership, direction, training and development to their management and crew team.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• The GM must be able to stand for long periods without a break, travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc.
• Works well with others and understands success in the restaurant equates to having a successful team.
• A desire to: BE THE BEST ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME.
