You are the GM and responsible for all operations at this store. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily. Training and orientation are provided on the job. The role requires strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers for order processing. Essential functions include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers is needed for rapid and accurate movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Additionally, the role involves driving specific job duties such as delivering product by car to the customer's door and delivering flyers and door hangers.
