General Manager – Margaritaville Hotel Nashville Where Southern Hospitality Meets Laid-Back Luxury Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for lifestyle hotels, unforgettable guest experiences, and high-energy entertainment programming? Margaritaville Hotel Nashville is looking for a visionary General Manager to lead our vibrant, music-filled oasis in the heart of Music City. Our 165-room property blends relaxed luxury with the rhythm of Nashville. Guests can soak up rooftop views at Fins Bar, dine at our signature JWB Grill, grab their favorite brew from our full-service Starbucks, or connect in over 9,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in experience-driven environments and has a strong foundation in food & beverage operations, entertainment programming, and lifestyle hospitality. Your Role: As General Manager, you will be the brand ambassador and driving force behind all operations—bringing Margaritaville’s signature escapism to life through seamless service, standout culinary experiences, and immersive guest engagement. Your leadership will balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach to drive profitability, inspire team culture, and elevate the guest journey through curated experiences unique to our Nashville location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience, including General Manager experience in a lifestyle or boutique property
  • Proven expertise in food & beverage operations with a record of driving F&B revenue and excellence
  • Experience in creating and executing entertainment and guest programming that resonates with lifestyle hotel guests
  • Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Hands-on, guest-first approach with the ability to lead by example and inspire at all levels

  • Deep understanding of the Nashville market and local hospitality scene is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations including F&B, entertainment programming, rooms, sales, marketing, finance, and HR
  • Lead development and execution of revenue-driving strategies, with particular focus on maximizing F&B outlets and rooftop activations
  • Create and execute signature entertainment programming that enhances the guest experience and brand alignment
  • Maintain an elevated guest experience through personalized service and unique lifestyle touches
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among department leaders and associates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, the corporate support team, and local community partners
  • Stay ahead of lifestyle trends and local market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability
