About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead a 105-room Four Points by Sheraton in Eastham, MA, located in the heart of Cape Cod. This role is responsible for driving daily hotel operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving strong financial performance. With a full-service restaurant, banquet space, and seasonal oversight of a 54-room sister property, this position requires a well-rounded leader with strong Food & Beverage expertise and a passion for hospitality. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager within a Marriott brand environment (required)
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage and banquet operations
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor and support all departments
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and operational excellence
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including seasonal oversight of an additional property
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management awareness
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
