About The Position

Team Honey Badger, one of the largest and fastest-growing Domino’s franchise groups with 149 stores across 10 states, is seeking a General Manager. This role is crucial for leading a team, managing a fast-paced store, and fostering an environment that attracts and retains both employees and customers. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of their store and the development of their team, overseeing daily operations, coaching employees, and ensuring Domino's standards for quality and service are met. The company emphasizes that while pizza-making skills will be taught, the core requirement is strong leadership, operational management, and team-building abilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Facial tattoos are not permitted
• Some facial piercings may not be permitted based on company policy
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts
