About The Position

Description of the role: The General Manager at Infiniti of Greenville will oversee all aspects of operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency within the company. SUMMARY Our Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley, WV. You’ll work closely with management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

Requirements

Prior experience in a managerial role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
Professional
Strong work ethic
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Proven Track Record of Operational Success

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall company performance and achieve business goals.
Oversee financial aspects of the business, including budget planning and cost management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Help manage all other aspects of the Dealership
Be passionate about customer retention and CSI
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts
Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that will help the dealership meet it's goals
Work with and lead our Fixed Operations Departments
